We have over 18 locations, primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria. The seminars take place online, as do most of the one-on-one sessions. So distance isn’t a barrier. Let us know where you live during our introductory meeting, and we’ll figure out the practical details of your support.
Is MPU preparation also available online?
Yes, that’s standard practice for us. Most one-on-one sessions are conducted via Google Meet—it’s free and takes just two minutes to set up. The content of the session remains the same; the only difference is that there’s no need to travel or wait, which is a real advantage if you don’t have a driver’s license. In-person appointments are also available at our locations.
How soon can I start?
You can usually schedule a free introductory consultation within a few days. More important than the start date is that you actually get started: If you’re required to remain abstinent, every month you go without a documented program costs you an extra month at the end. And once you’ve submitted an application for reinstatement, a deadline goes into effect that no one can meet.
How much does preparation cost at MPU Guru?
Basic package: €849; Complete package: €1,949; Individual preparation: €2,399. We’ll determine which package is right for you during a consultation after our psychologists have assessed your case. Included in every package are the request for your records, a step-by-step plan, and support through the assessment process. Not included are the assessment center fees and Proof of abstinence.
How does the preparation process work at MPU Guru?
In nine steps: introductory meeting, team-based professional assessment, counseling session, intake interview, requesting and reviewing your file, personalized roadmap, preparation through seminars and one-on-one sessions, mock exam, certificate, and applications. Other providers usually omit the paperwork and applications to government agencies.
Do you help with choosing an assessment center?
Yes. All accredited agencies operate according to the same criteria, but the organizations that run them interpret them differently, and this isn’t apparent from the outside. We’ve been evaluating expert reports / assessment reports from our regions for years and know which agency is best suited for each case. We have no influence over the outcome; the agencies are independent.
